I had an idea for underground dwelling monster types and also somewhat of maybe a dungeon sales man. I used new coloring techniques like using more color saturation and de-saturation. I would like to strive and focus on creatures that have not been made yet but at the same time give them some type of appeal.
Vector project.. I wanted to establish some sense of branding and understanding of the feel of something very different from what I normally do, So I decided to play with "Cherry On Top" yogurt.
Just having some fun here. I was visiting one of my old characters and stylized him a lot more. I think I will develop this character in this style from now on. I was entertaining the thought of making a side scroller out of this idea.
Scanner wasn't working at the time, but here is a plant creature I designed. I started playing more with line weight here and wanted something that could sit still and blend in a forest setting but easily look dangerous and above all mobile at its slightest move.

This was a fan work I did for Final Fantasy...I was trying to emulate the famous Yoshitaka Amano's work. I wanted to go with a supporting character that I had an idea for. "Lhasalamel" is a Tamer class character I devised who is close friends with the protagonist of the game. I have always been a huge fan of the actor Brian Blessed and always like basing my designs for 2nd hand men off of him.

One of my final takes on my alchemist. I decided to make the the shape language more consistent all the way around and go with a more whimsical look. I wanted to get a little less elaborate with the hat and give him more of a back street potion pusher look.WIP

WIP, So I approached my Alchemest again and went with short, fat..and this time Asian looking. I was thinking of the old Chinese man in the Golden Child movie. I decided to do less bottles this time but make an interesting alchemy belt kit, which isn't fully explored here..It will be on my final design.
